Empowering Women Through Fitness
The Fit for ME Program was created to address the unique fitness needs of women, particularly as they age. Women often face barriers to maintaining strength and health, and this program is designed to help overcome them. As we age, maintaining muscle mass and bone density becomes crucial to overall health, preventing injuries, and supporting everyday activities.
At its heart, the Fit for ME Program is about more than just exercise; it’s about creating a space where women feel empowered, supported, and inspired to prioritize their health. We know that women are often caregivers and multitaskers, putting their well-being on the back burner. Our classes are tailored to provide a safe, judgment-free environment where women of all skill levels can focus on becoming stronger, healthier, and more confident.
This program is a celebration of the power of community and the resilience of women, promoting strength, balance, and longevity through expert-led fitness classes and a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere. Full Body Conditioning
Elevate your fitness with a high-energy class with an emphasis on proper form and injury prevention, this session keeps you motivated while building strength, endurance, and flexibility. Perfect for all fitness levels!
Strength & Conditioning
Push your limits with this high-energy class that combines HIIT and strength training to build power, endurance, and agility. This class will challenge every muscle group, keeping you motivated and energized throughout.
West African Dance Class
Immerse yourself in the vibrant rhythms and traditions of West African dance! This high-energy class focuses on mastering traditional techniques, improving body alignment, and building stamina while perfecting the art of movement and execution. Ideal for all levels, it’s a dynamic and uplifting way to connect with culture through dance.

How to Register
Step 1:
Claim Your Spot
- Click on the registration link provided.
- Fill out the registration form to reserve your place in the program.
Step 2:
Choose Your Payment Option
Option 1: Pay in Full

- Pay the full program fee during registration.
Option 2: Make a Deposit

- Pay the deposit during registration.
- After completing the deposit, you’ll receive a confirmation email with instructions to set up your payment plan via Team Snap.
- You’ll need to make two additional monthly payments to complete your registration.

RSVP for Classes

- Visit muslimahsendure.org and navigate to the Events section.
- Select the class you’d like to attend and choose the first RSVP option (free for you).
- This helps us know you’ll be attending.

If you have a Class Pass

- Follow the same steps as above. Each RSVP will deduct one class from your pass.
- You’ll be notified when you have one class left, so you can purchase more if needed.

If you’re purchasing a Class Pass for the first time

- Purchase your pass when registering for your first class.
- After that, use the first RSVP option for each additional class until your pass runs out.
