Empowering Women Through Fitness
The Fit for ME Program was created to address the unique fitness needs of women, particularly as they age. Women often face barriers to maintaining strength and health, and this program is designed to help overcome them. As we age, maintaining muscle mass and bone density becomes crucial to overall health, preventing injuries, and supporting everyday activities.
At its heart, the Fit for ME Program is about more than just exercise; it’s about creating a space where women feel empowered, supported, and inspired to prioritize their health. We know that women are often caregivers and multitaskers, putting their well-being on the back burner. Our classes are tailored to provide a safe, judgment-free environment where women of all skill levels can focus on becoming stronger, healthier, and more confident.
This program is a celebration of the power of community and the resilience of women, promoting strength, balance, and longevity through expert-led fitness classes and a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere. Class Highlights
Strength & Conditioning
Push your limits with this high-energy class that combines HIIT and strength training to build power, endurance, and agility. This class will challenge every muscle group, keeping you motivated and energized throughout.

Program Pricing
Basic Member Monthly Pass

$50 every 30 days*
That’s less than $6.25 per class for expert-led fitness sessions!

Sustainer Member Monthly Pass

That’s less than $3.75 per class for expert-led fitness sessions!

How to Participate
Step 1:
Make Payment
- Click on the registration link provided.
- Select the date for the first class you wish to attend.
- Purchase either a monthly pass or a drop in class.
If a monthly pass is purchased, your 30 days start on the day of purchase.
Step 2:
Monthly Pass RSVP
If you purchased a monthly pass you must RSVP for each class you plan to attend:

- Visit muslimahsendure.org/strength and select the class you’d like to attend and choose the first RSVP option (free for you).
This helps us know you’ll be attending. If we do not get a minimum of 3 RSVP by 5pm on the day of he class, we reserve the right to cancel class. You will be notified via the Fit for ME WhatsAPP Group and given an at home workout to complete.

- Simply purchase your class at the time of registration for each session you plan to attend.

Your drop-in pass is only valid for the date your purchased. If you miss class you can NOT redeem for a subsequent date.
