Rijaal Fitness Showdown Overview
The Rijaal Fitness Showdown is an electrifying 7-week team-based fitness challenge that combines competition, camaraderie, and community spirit! Designed for those ready to push their limits, this event pits teams of three against each other in weekly head-to-head matchups.
How it Works?
Team Formation:
Participants form teams of three to compete together throughout the challenge. Bring your own team or let us match you with one.
Earn Points Anytime:
Every time you exercise, play a sport, or engage in physical movement, you earn points for your team. Different activities carry varying point values, encouraging variety and consistent effort.
Weekly Matchups:
Teams compete head-to-head each week. The team with the highest points at the end of the week wins the matchup and advances closer to the playoffs.
Championship:
One team will rise above the rest to claim the title of Rijaal Fitness Showdown Champions!
