To be fit and healthy you need to be physically active. Regular physical activity can help protect you from serious diseases such as obesity, heart disease, cancer, mental illness, diabetes and arthritis. Riding your bicycle regularly is a great way to reduce your risk of health problems associated with a sedentary lifestyle.

Musa began cycling in 2019 on the advice of his doctor as a way to stay active while recovering from major ankle surgery. His most memorable miles are from Sicily where he climbed and descended for 22 miles on Mt Etna and a 38 mile solo ride around Manhattan and Brooklyn.

Musa has ridden more than 5000 miles since purchasing his Bianchi Aria Aero 105 road bike in 2019.
